Meet your doctors

Stephen Nozaki, DDS, MPH, is the owner and lead dentist at Image Dental in Stockton. He is dedicated to providing advanced, high-quality care to patients and families in the Central Valley.

Dr. Nozaki earned his degrees from California State University, San Bernardino and Loma Linda University. He completed fellowship training in implant dentistry and continues to expand his skills through ongoing education and professional memberships.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Nozaki enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing, golfing, photography, and spending time with his family.

Kenneth Grae McKelvie, DDS, also known as “Dr. Grae,” is a first-generation dentist who is dedicated to providing compassionate, detail-oriented care in a comfortable setting. He takes pride in making patients feel at ease during every visit.

Born in the Philippines, Dr. Grae later moved to England and then to California. He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Pacific Union College and completed his dental training at Loma Linda University.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Grae enjoys hiking, reading, stargazing, exploring new cuisines and coffee shops, traveling, and photography.

Dr. Benjamin Radlein was born and raised in Pasadena, California, and developed an early passion for dentistry through a positive relationship with his family dentist. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics with a minor in Computer Science from La Sierra University and completed his dental training at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top 12 percent of his class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

He has been providing quality care at Laguna Vista Dental since 2020 and is a member of the Sacramento Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors, and rock climbing.

Dr. Patricia Ramos was born and raised in Southern California and earned her bachelor’s degree from Pacific Union College. She completed her dental training at Loma Linda University and graduated in 2008.

After experiencing dental anxiety as a child, Dr. Ramos developed a strong interest in dental anesthesia. She completed a hospital-based residency and is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. She now serves patients throughout Northern California as a mobile anesthesiologist.

Dr. Ramos is known for her gentle and caring approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, eating, and traveling.

Dr. J.C. Chang was born in Taiwan and raised in Northern California. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC Irvine and completed her dental education with honors at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

She went on to complete advanced training in endodontics and a general practice residency in San Francisco. Dr. Chang is a member of several professional dental organizations and is dedicated to providing precise, high-quality care.

In her free time, Dr. Chang enjoys photography, traveling, hiking, reading, and exploring art. She also hopes to one day scuba dive at the Great Barrier Reef.

Dr. Paul Williams earned his undergraduate degree from Oakwood University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University. He is committed to providing high-quality care and staying active in the dental profession.

After dental school, Dr. Williams completed research and advanced training in oral surgery and trauma reconstruction at Harbor-UCLA and King-Drew Medical Center. He joined the Image Dental team in 2012 and continues to serve patients with skill and dedication.

Dr. Williams is passionate about community service and mentorship. He enjoys teaching and guiding students who are interested in careers in dentistry and healthcare.
