Stephen N. Nozaki, DDS, MPH, DIDIA
Owner & Lead Dentist
Dr. Nozaki is known for being one of the best dentists in the Stockton, CA area. Born in the Central Valley, Dr. Nozaki is pleased to call this home. He hasn’t always stayed in the US. As a son of a missionary doctor, his youth was spent traveling overseas with his family to destinations including Singapore, Taiwan, and Guam. In 1991, he graduated from high school in Guam and relocated back to California to continue his education.
Dr. Nozaki earned his undergraduate degree in biology from California State University. He attended Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he received his master’s degree in epidemiology (MPH) as well as his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). In 2014, Dr. Nozaki finished his fellowship with the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA), and later become a diplomate of the organization.
His passion for the dental field, and a desire to give his patients the best care possible drives Dr. Nozaki to learn new techniques and stay up to date on the latest technology.

When not helping patients achieve their dream smile, Stephen is staying very active. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing, scuba diving, photography, and spending time with his family and friends.

Tex Mabalon, DDS
Associate Dentist
Dr. Tex Mabalon is a prominent figure in the dental community since his graduation from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentist in 2016. He is an active member

Access to dental health is extraordinarily important to him, and he visits the Philippines to provide dental services to adults and children. Dr. Tex is committed to building a relationship of trust with his patients and offers the highest quality of care and service.
He completed Level II Cosmetic training in smile design through the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum and continues to stay up to date with the cutting edge technology and techniques.
Outside of dentistry, you will find him spending time playing basketball, snowboarding or traveling.

Benjamin Radlein, DDS
Associate Dentist
He attended La Sierra University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics with a Minor in Computer Science. He then moved to Loma Linda University Dental School to earn his doctorate in dentistry. Upon graduation, he was inducted as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, for placing in the top 12% of his graduating class.

When he’s not practicing dentistry he spends time going to the gym to stay healthy, exploring the outdoors, and rock climbing.

Patricia Ramos, DDS, MS

June Chang, DDS, MS
Endodontist
June Chang, DDS was born in Taiwan and was raised in Northern California’s Bay Area. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and Minors in Psychology and Art History from the University of California, Irvine. During her postgraduate studies at Northwestern University, her research involved finding and studying de novo Genetic Suppressors of HIV-1 Viral Protein R. Dr. Chang received her Bachelor’s in Dental Science and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004, graduating cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and received election into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
She returned to the Bay Area and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Chang received her certificate and finished her specialty training in Endodontics at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
